Arrow Systems to Exhibit at LOUPE Americas 2026

Chicago, IL — Arrow Systems Inc. will exhibit at LOUPE Americas 2026, taking place September 15–17, 2026, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois, just outside Chicago. Formerly known as Labelexpo Americas, LOUPE Americas 2026 is organized by Informa Markets and is North America’s largest dedicated event for the label, flexible packaging, and folding carton converting industries. This year’s show brings together more than 400 exhibitors, hundreds of live equipment demonstrations, and a 45-session conference program featuring 65 speakers from across the converting supply chain.

Digital Label Printing Lineup

Three ArrowJet presses will be running live on the floor, from an entry-level system to production-scale and hybrid UV platforms:

  • ArrowJet Eco 330R — a compact, single-pass digital press built on the Memjet DuraFlex® engine. It prints at speeds up to 20 m/min at a 324 mm print width and 1600 × 1600 dpi resolution, using CMYK water-based pigment inks. It runs on single-phase power with no air compressor required, making it a straightforward entry point for converters and in-house teams moving beyond desktop printing.
  • ArrowJet Aqua 330R II — Arrow’s production-scale water-based label press, built on the Memjet DuraCore™ engine. It offers three speed tiers up to 220 ft/min at a 12.69″ (322 mm) print width and up to 1600 × 1600 dpi, with water-based pigment CMYK inks that are Swiss Ordinance / Indirect Food Contact Safe.
  • ArrowJet UV 330H — a true hybrid UV LED label press combining roll-to-roll and flatbed printing in one platform. Built around a Ricoh Gen6 printhead, it supports CMYK + White + Varnish configurations, prints up to 330 mm wide, and handles rigid substrates up to 50 mm thick across a 350 × 1500 mm flatbed area — opening the door to specialty labels, prototypes, and rigid-substrate applications alongside standard roll work.

Digital Finishing and Die-Cutting Lineup

Two Arrow EZCut systems will demonstrate finishing and die-cutting workflows for short-to-medium label runs:

  • Arrow EZCut 350R — a multi-blade digital label cutter with 4 heads standard, expandable to 6, running at up to 9 m/min. It handles label widths up to 330 mm and lengths up to 800 mm, with AI-driven automatic head-distance adjustment, CCD camera positioning, and built-in cold lamination.
  • Arrow EZCut 330R+ — a flatbed and roll-to-roll hybrid blade die cutter built for precision finishing, cutting media from 100–350 mm wide at up to 150 cuts/minute with ±0.1 mm accuracy. It ships with 2 cutting heads standard, expandable to 4, and automates matrix removal and rewinding.
