Overview
The Arrow OverJet SP-800M brings coating, drying and Memjet DuraCore™ digital printing together on one sheet-fed line, so converters and in-house packaging teams can print cartons, corrugated board and display pieces on demand, without printing plates.
Coat, Dry and Print in One Line: Packaging boards are rarely an ideal inkjet surface. Each sheet passes through a precision coating stage and an efficient drying stage before it reaches the print engine, so the ink lands on a smooth, print-ready surface. You get stronger color and more consistent results without scheduling a separate offline priming step.
Precision Engineering: A dual CMYK printhead configuration prints at up to 1600 × 1600 dpi, with 1600 × 954 and 1600 × 640 dpi modes also available. A vacuum conveyor holds each sheet flat, the media centering guide keeps it aligned, and a mark sensor keeps every print in register, so fine text, barcodes and gradients come out clean.
Built for Packaging Production: Run sheets up to 800 mm (31.5″) wide with a 638 mm (25.1″) print width at belt speeds up to 195 ft/min. Ink is supplied from 10 L tanks, and the machine runs on three-phase 220V power. Short-run cartons, seasonal displays, pharmaceutical packaging and promotional signage can all be printed in-house, on your own schedule.
