Have no fear, you can still make big things happen. So what size should your label be? That depends on how much juice your bottle is holding, as well as the shape of your bottle. Different size bottles can be a headache if you don’t know the size of the label exactly. This is why it’s so important to have a proof made prior to going into production. If your e-juice bottle comes into contact with water or oil, you need your label to remain legible and intact. Not only does a label that disintegrates tarnish your brand, but it could put you in legal danger if important safety information isn’t legible. Make sure this isn’t a deal breaker for your product. A durable material for you e-juice label is easier than you think. There are a number of ways to create durable labels that won’t fade over time or or when exposed to liquids. One is to print them on a durable material using the Any-002 label printer. The other is to laminate them after printing using a system like the Anyblade or DBSX.Your E-Juice Label should follow FDA guidelines
As of May 2016, the FDA has gained authority on regulating these products. So what do you need to know?- You cannot market your product to minors under the age of 18 and it may not be sold in vending machines or given as samples
- Your e-juice label must contain an addictive warning that the product contains nicotine:
- The warning must be conspicuous and legible at 12 point font
- The warning must appear on 30% of the two principal display panels
